With DWDM ILL, KPN takes care of the transport over the armoured
fiber-optic line. You and your customers can enjoy worry-free
communication between locations that are more than 20 kilometres
apart. DWDM ILL also offers several levels of availability so you
can choose the one you need (99.2% to 99.999%).
Available nationwide
KPN offers DWDM ILL throughout the Netherlands. You can connect any
customer in the Netherlands to your network. With KPN, you have
maximum customer coverage. The backbone DWDM network has a
redundant configuration, meaning that we can offer you the highest
possible availability (up to 99.999%).
Different versions and interfaces
Because every company has its own specific needs, DWDM ILL comes in
different versions, capacities and interfaces. This enables many
different types of networks to be created, for example, a star or a
ring structure. The available interfaces are, for example, 1 Gb
Ethernet, 10 Gb Ethernet, STM1 (SDH) and Fiber Channel.
